Service Agreement

At Lunar Lotus Birth Support, we are committed to providing personalized and compassionate care for our clients. Our services are designed to empower and support birthing individuals and their families.

Scope of Services: Our services include prenatal, birth, and postpartum support, as detailed during our initial consultation. Additional services may be available and will be agreed upon in writing.
Scheduling and Availability: Doula support is provided in alignment with the agreed-upon terms outlined during the onboarding process. Prenatal and postpartum appointments will be scheduled based on mutual availability and the specifics of our service agreement.
Limitations: As doulas, we do not perform clinical tasks, make medical decisions, or provide medical advice. All medical concerns should be directed to your healthcare provider.

Payment, Cancellations & Refunds

We strive to make our services accessible and transparent. Please review our payment and cancellation policies below.

Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on our calendar, with the remaining balance due as per our agreed payment schedule. Payment plans are available upon request.
Cancellations by the Client: In the event of cancellation, we retain the non-refundable deposit. Refunds for any additional payments will be evaluated based on the services already provided.
Cancellations by the Doula: If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to attend your birth, a qualified backup doula will be provided. Refunds for missed services will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Privacy, Liability, and Website Use

Privacy Policy: Your personal information is protected and will only be used to provide services or communicate with you. We do not share your information without your consent.
Liability: Lunar Lotus Birth Support is not responsible for medical outcomes, and all decisions regarding your care remain with you and your medical team.
Website Use: Our website and its content are for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use of materials, including text, images, and branding, is prohibited.
